Design and Implementation
To introduce a system of quality management, is an important strategic decision for our organization and should be done with full knowledge of the scope of the process and aware of the effort involved on the part of the whole team.
It is not enough to take the decision and stay on the sidelines of the project, once it has been decided that the deployment has become impregnated in the leadership and all members of ACG Representations, making a culture of continuous improvement.
Our experience shows that companies that initiate this process, each time going over as they already dominate the philosophy of the management system, are going to need more progress.
ACG Representations maintains the certification project in accordance with ISO 9001:2000 provides at least 3 phases described below:
FIRST PHASE: DOCUMENTATION OF THE SYSTEM
This phase includes all the necessary work to carry out the development of the Quality Management System in accordance with the new ISO 9001:2000
It consists of:
- Takes data and issuance of initial assessment report.
- Development of Quality Manual
- Development of Procedures Manual
- Review and approval of all documentation
SECOND PHASE: ADAPTED FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF THE ISO 9001:2000
For the system, according to the new ISO 9001:2000 works perfectly in ACG Representations will be introduced and be known and implemented by all members of the company.
THIRD PHASE: CERTIFICATION
Once the system is fully deployed and operational, our company will be in a position to obtain certification in the same market.
